To borrow books you can arrange a membership card by showing your Alien Registration Card. Children’s books are in the room on the left as you walk through the front door. LOCATION: Near City Hall in Gohyeon.

​Present your Alien Registration Card on 2nd floor to get membership. The 2nd floor has a large selection of children’s books for children under 12. There is also a small selection of Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Mongolian and Filipino books. The lending period here allows 3 books for 2 weeks. There are also DVD’s.
